Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 blended up jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • Cayenne, paprika, chili powder to taste ( I put a lot)

Directions

Blend jalapeno in blender or ninja

Put all in crock-pot for 2 hours or until quinoa is cooked

**If you don’t have a crock pot, cook the quinoa first then add all ingredients and heat until evenly blended
